A Product is eligible for return within the applicable return window of 7 days, if they fulfill one or more of the following conditions:
a. If the product delivered is damaged.
b. If the product was found missing one or more accessories.
c. Was different from the one ordered
Please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the damaged part (if there is any) or Product pictures (if you get a different product)
Refund will be processed once the returned products are received by us and post inspection. All the items should be returned in their original condition. Products should have their tags, packaging and must NOT have been used.
Cancellation with regard to the quality of the product color/texture/design will not be entertained. However, customers can contact customer service for any concern once the order is placed.
